Interview Preparation- You only get one chance to make a good first impression, so make it your best! Below are our top five interview tips:

      1. Do your research: Search the organization’s website and familiarize yourself with the company’s purpose, values, and accomplishments.
      2. Do your homework: Practice the interview process and rehearse your responses to possible interview questions. Please see the section below titled “Common Interview Questions”.
      3.  Dress for the occasion: Establish your ethos by dressing professionally and giving a strong first impression. Try not to distract from your interview.
      4. Give feedback: Providing nonverbal feedback, including nodding, smiling, and maintaining eye contact during your interview shows that you are interested and engaged.
      5. Practice good manners: Leave a positive impression by thanking the interview for taking the time to meet with you- many people don’t make it that far. Also, consider sending them a follow up email thanking them for the interview- no matter the outcome. With such a strong, positive impression who knows, you may be their future employee!
